All prospective tenants ages 18 and older must be named on the lease and are therefore required to complete an online background and credit check. Background and credit checks are conducted by RentPrep.
Each prospective tenant should first complete the online expression of interest form linked below. Once received by Midtown Augusta Properties, prospective tenants will receive a link from RentPrep to initiate the background and credit check, as well as pay the $35 non-refundable application fee.
