Midtown Augusta Properties' apartments are conveniently located on Central Avenue in Midtown Augusta. Augusta University's Medical and Summerville campus are 1.2 miles away in either direction. The Georgia Cyber Center in downtown Augusta is 2.8 miles away on the Savannah riverfront, and Surrey Center's boutique shopping and restaurants are just 2.5 miles away.
 

What is included in rent?
Rent includes off-street parking, yard maintenance, water, waste disposal and access to a coin-operated, 24-hour laundry facility on-site. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities such as electric, cable and internet.
 

What fees are due when I sign the lease?
A security deposit equal to the unit's monthly rent and the first month's rent are due at the time of the lease signing.
 

How do I pay for rent?
Tenants can mail a check or make payment through a convenient and secure web portal via ACH transfer, credit or debit card. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 2.75% processing fee. There is no processing fee for mailed checks or ACH transfers.
 

What is your pet policy? 
Pets of any size are not allowed.
 

What is your smoking policy?
All units are smoke free.
 

If I have a maintenance concern or issue, how do I report it? 
Non-urgent maintenance requests and concerns can be submitted to property managers 24/7 via a convenient online portal. All non-urgent requests are responded to within 48 business hours. Tenants are provided a phone number for any urgent issues (flooding, fire, heating or air conditioning breakdown, etc.).
